The phased array test block is suitable for the phased array ultrasonic testing of the PE pipe fusion joint with nominal diameter of 40 ~ 400mm.

PE-I is used for beam calibration, TCG correction and adjustment of detection sensitivity. The testing surface of the test block is a plane or a surface with a certain curvature radius, and the specifications and requirements should conform to the following figure. The model of the PE-I test block, the corresponding radius of curvature and the applicable welding joint range are shown in the table below.
